The idea of winter being a season of snow and ice, christmas and time for family is really not relevant to me. Here on Wurundjeri lands, the winter season is full of life and sunlight, trees and grass still swaying in the wind with their leaves, flowers blooming and of course, weeds thriving. This is a little ode to the weeds that always seem to enjoy the winter time. Mainly because they know I'm too cold and lazy to go out and pull them from the garden.
